The KD Kanopy Dealer Program is designed to allow you the flexibility of offering KD Kanopy products through your new or existing business. As a KD Dealer, you are able to carry your own KD product inventory, customize your marketing efforts, and enjoy the flexibility of self-employment. KD Dealers enjoy the flexability of lower prices than retail, including graphics. This rate may not be used in conjunction with any special offer or pricing.
KD Kanopy Dealers are provided with samples of KD promotional items such as a flyer, brochure, catalog, media kit, and a media CD complete with pictures and a step-by-step guide to selling KD products.
Due to the high-quality standards of KD Kanopy, prospective dealers are carefully reviewed using company criteria. In order to complete the review process, the prospective dealer must provide a comprehensive business plan. Upon acceptance to the KD Kanopy Dealer Program, an initial investment will be required to obtain KD products.
The following outline may be used to create your own Comprehensive Business Plan. If you already have a document in place, be sure to include all requested information. The completed plan should not exceed six pages.
a. Cover Page, including:
• Name/Business Name, Company Logo, Address, Telephone, Fax, and Toll-free numbers, and Email/Website addresses
b. Executive Summary
• Briefly summarize the important aspects of the plan.
c. Table of Contents
• Number and title each page of the plan.
II. Description of your Business, including:

• Ownership type (corporation, partnership, etc.)
• Number of salespeople
c. Names of company principals
d. Organizational structure
III. Product Description
