KD Portable Mister
The KD portable misting system is the most versatile misting system available today. Developed with portability in mind, the Go-Anywhere-system works without electricity or a constant water supply. The system can also be attached to a garden hose when available for continuous relief from the heat. The portable misting system is 100% factory assembled for easy set up and can be used virtually anywhere. This unique system pressurizes fast, has an in-line filtering system to eliminate clogging.
System is equipped with (4) low consumption misting nozzles that allow for longer misting times. The misting system is economical, requires little maintenance and is extremely durable. In military field tests in Afghanistan, 78% of soldiers surveyed said it was tough enough for the United States Army. Furthermore, University studies have proven an 11-20+ degree temperature change in the surrounding area.
Our Portable Water Misting Systems (water misters) have been developed with simplicity and portability in mind. The Water Misting System consists of a manually pressurized water tank that will send filtered water to the misting nozzle(s) which create a fine mist of very small water droplets.
The main purpose for developing this system is PORTABILITY. When a mist is not called for, turn the valve to the off position to conserve the water in your tank. Each nozzle will emit 1/2 gallon per hour at max. pressure (40 psi). With our 4 nozzle system and a 3 gallon tank, that is over 90 minutes of continuous mist.
The system parallels the technology of evaporative cooling. The portability aspect of the system allows the misting system (water mister) to easily attach to any of our portable shade canopies, Golf Carts, RV awnings, Baseball & Softball Dugouts, Horse Trailers, Open air tractors and mowers, etc. |
