Specifications and Delivery Options for Digital Artwork Files

KD Kanopy Digital Artwork Requirements 

Dye Sublimation and Ink Jet

• Application Software: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop. We do not print from Quark but will accept McIntosh based Quark files if necessary (PC versions of Quark will not be excepted).
• Email files under 1mb, all other files please contact your Account Exec for FTP options.
• Hard copy of image.
• ¼” Bleed where seams apply on all digital tops and ¾” bleed for StarShades.
• All fonts need to be converted to outlines, or rasterized for tiff files.
• Art Scales proportionally to 100% (final product size)
• Resolution is @ 150dpi at 100% (final product size)
• Indicate color matching information (PMS colors) on hard copy, in file and to your account Exec.
• If you are color matching, provide layered PhotoShop files and a flattened image.
• Please put all images into one flattened image, do not send linked files.

Screen Print

• Application Software: Adobe Illustrator or EPS, Vectored Artwork Only
• Email files under 1mb, all other files please contact your Account Exec for FTP options.
• Hard copy of image.
• All fonts need to be converted to outlines
• Art Scales proportionally to 100% (final product size)
• Indicate PMS colors on hard copy, in file and to your account Exec.

General Artwork Requirements

1. Artwork Provided on a CD/DVD must be IBM or MAC formatted. The artwork must be created in Adobe Illustrator and must contain color separations. It has to be saved in EPS Format. PMS/Pantone Coding is needed for correct color matching.
