KD Kanopy Sales Agent Program

The KD Kanopy Sales Agent Program was designed to accommodate those who would like to offer KD Kanopy products to their customers, yet are unable to warehouse the products. This program allows you the flexibility of marketing and selling KD products to your new or existing markets and then simply forwarding the sale to KD Kanopy.

KD Kanopy will provide each Sales Agent with:

• A discount rate of 10% to 15% off the retail price (excluding graphics) to take as your commission or return to the customer.
  
  
• The KD Promotion Pack, which includes: brochures, flyers, a video, and other promotional materials; all designed to assist you in promoting KD Kanopy products.
  
  
• KD Customer Service, which allows you to speak directly with a KD Kanopy agent who will answer your questions.
  
  
• KD Koverage, the quarterly newsletter to keep you or your team updated on news or changes within the Sales Team at KD Kanopy.

KD Kanopy offers the following Sales Agent Program:

Licensed Businesses will adhere to the following procedure:

1. Send KD Kanopy your current Resale License Number and Federal ID Number or Social Security Number. Orders will not be processed until KD Kanopy receives this information.
   
   
2. Quote the retail price to the customer.
   
   
3. Call the order into KD Kanopy, using:
   a. The Sales Agent as the “Bill to” recipient.
   b. The Customer as the “Ship to” recipient.
   4. Remit payment to KD Kanopy of the retail price, less the 10% commission (excluding graphics), plus shipping.
       --> Collecting payment from the customer is the full responsibility of the Sales Agent.
