KD has several products and each product line has different warranties and terms and conditions. Please read the warranty that pertains to the product that you purchased.
KD Kanopy, Inc., The manufacturer of KD Kanopy products, warrants to the original retail purchaser, who has registered the product with the manufacturer at the time of original purchase (except as herein provided) each part of each product to be free from defects in material and/or workmanship for a period of 12 months for all fabric items and 24 months for canopy frames after the date of original purchase. The manufacturer’s obligation and liability shall be limited only to repairing or replacing (at its option) any product or its parts, which, after review or examination by the manufacturer, shall be determined to be defective. The manufacturer should be contacted for any warranty claim prior to returning products or parts. When necessary, products or parts returned to the manufacturer shall be sent with all shipping costs prepaid. This warranty shall be void as to any product, which, without manufacturer’s authorization, has been altered or modified in any manner. KD Kanopy, Inc. specifically makes no warranty with respect to any damages caused by nature’s forces such as wind, rain, hail or snow. Nor does it warranty accidental or deliberate damages resulting from product use. This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Storing fabric items away wet or damp may cause fabric to fade, discolor, and mildew or disintegrate. KD Kanopy, Inc takes no responsibility for fabric items damaged by dragging or rubbing against any material beside itself. KD Kanopy, Inc does not take responsibility for any damages caused to fabric items caused by incorrect setup or take down procedures.
